Son of the wonderful Lou and Mary Jane Kopakowski.   Justin attended George Kaizer School of Art from 1999 till 2013. He graduted art honor society in high school.  Justin went on to  attend Camden County for graphic design and fine arts, then started tattooing in 2011.  Justin began working at Jersey Devil in 2013.

He likes to use a lot of bright colors and bold lines. 

Justin specializes in neotraditional and American traditonal style, but also enjoys doing black and grey.  With a laid back attitude and a funny sense of humor and he is a great choice for somebody new to tattooing.
